Concepts/TopicsStudents will work in teams to research treacherous leaders in history, such as Adolf Hitler, Genghis Kahn, Alexander the Great, Joseph Stalin, Fidel Castro, Saddam Hussein, etc. in order to create a video production titled, "Moments in History Creates Lessons in Life". The students will create a script to be used in the production, a storyboard to lay out the production and actually shoot the production to create a final video product that demonstrates how even tyrannical leaders in history demonstrated good character traits. They will explain how these leaders influenced the way we think today and how their rein in history creates lessons in life.

EBAMThe student generated video production titled, "Moments in History Creates Lessons in Life", will be created and used in a cross curriculm setting. The production can be used to document and educate students about character performance and how good character traits can influence a nation, regardless of the moral or ethical implecations. The students will need to use the internet for research, interview history teachers or other historians, and find articles in the library to use as documentation of their findings. All works must be cited.

Performance Task1. Research an assigned tyrannical leader in history. 2. Create a script to be used in video production titled, "Moments in History Creates Lessons in Life" 3. Create a storyboard to be used in the video production that outlines the introduction, body and conclusion of the script. 4. Create a video production that can be used cross curriculum.
